Exchange, Return and Withdrawal Policy

Alaido (https://www.alaido.com.br/) uses state-of-the-art technology to manufacture its products, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect and to maintain the credibility earned with its consumers, the company has created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and is committed to ensuring that you (the customer) obtain an effective, quick, and above all, satisfactory transaction.

If you choose to contact us via email or phone, we will send you a form to fill out and send along with the item(s). Products returned without this form and/or without prior communication to Customer Service will be returned without prior notice.

When processing a return/exchange, the customer must write on the back of the invoice being returned/exchanged the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning the item, their CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and the date of the return.

*ATTENTION: To complete the exchange process, you must be logged in. Returns due to Regret/Withdrawal: If upon receiving the product you decide to return it due to regret, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt.

Observing the following conditions: The product must not show any signs of use.

The product should preferably be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, labels, tags (label with the product's reference code) properly attached to the product, and all its accessories.
