Description
Visual artist and illustrator Felipe Almeida (Alaido) presents the virtual exhibition Cotidiano .
In this exhibition, the artist uses as a basis for his creations pieces such as leftover furniture, scraps of wood, appliances, roof tiles, and other materials discarded in his hometown of Igatu, in the heart of the Chapada Diamantina. From this, the artist uses art to subtly and sensitively record scenes of local daily life, inviting us to immerse ourselves in the nuances of his works and offering us the possibility of appreciating art inserted into our daily lives in a playful, simple, and unassuming way.
